Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.

Our staff at St Therese are encouraged to regularly nurture their own faith and understanding of God’s love. They do this through a variety of activities including: further study in Religious Education and Theology, personal and group prayer and reflection opportunities, retreats, pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.

The staff follow a three-year cycle at St Therese where each year has a different focus: ‘Hands’ where we experience outreach to those less fortunate; ‘heart’ where we strengthen our own spiritual development and connection to God; and ‘head’ meaning that we learn more about our faith.

Our school was started by the Sisters of St Joseph, inspired by the message of St Therese. These charisms along with the aid of the Holy Spirit help us to live out our faith to all we meet.
